Keep getting "am error occurred while attempting to change your system status 11311" so i cannot disarm alarm from app on my galaxy s6 or iPhone 6

We are seeing that customers are experiencing intermittent issues using the Xfinity Home mobile app.  Engineers are currently working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
