"Works with Xfinity Home" not working with August Door Lock

Keep getting an error that email or password is not correct. August has had me change my password and verify my email again. I can log into my August app just fine but not able to sign in thru Xfinity Home app to connect my August Lock. August says everything is fine on their end.

Any idea when the August locks will be able to be paired and controlled from the touchscreen?  The apps are fine if not at home but I use the touchscreen to monitor everything when at home.

Thanks for reaching out.  We are looking into adding Works with Xfinity Home devices to the Touch Screen as a feature, but do not have a timeline on when this might be available.  We appreciate the feedback!
