Thanks for reaching out! We've recently made an update on our end that should resolve this issue. Please let us know if you still experience problems.
Any idea when the August locks will be able to be paired and controlled from the touchscreen? The apps are fine if not at home but I use the touchscreen to monitor everything when at home.

Thanks for reaching out. We are looking into adding Works with Xfinity Home devices to the Touch Screen as a feature, but do not have a timeline on when this might be available. We appreciate the feedback!
