My mobile app works less than 10% of the time. I called in to customer service and was connected with a nice, polite man who did not offer any help or suggestions. I can log in just fine, just get the never ending twirling circle when I try to arm or disarm from the app. Is there a way to fix this?
I do not have a network issue. From my iphone, I can log in just fine, I push arm or disarm, but it my code and get the never ending circle. I have let it go for over 10 minutes. It is the app.
Same here. And the webportal is down right now.
This security system is really a piece of garbage. I have no faith that it works at all and will be asking for my money back.
