Are you using the same primary login info for both? Only the primary email and password will work. If your wife is trying her email and password, that is why she can not log in. Try this and report back here!

I pulled up your account & see that you are only receiving sign in errors when your wife is using her email address to try and sign in to the Xfinity Home app.
Our app only supports sign in with the one email address that is associated with the Xfinity Home account. For you, this is your email address. Your wife would have to sign in with this address. Alternatively, I can update the email address on your account to an @comcast.net address that you are both comfortable sharing.
