When I go to my guide, some stations will say This station is included in your subscription, go to Xfinity.com for the app. Then what? I dont see what to do
I believe you are probably getting 'included with subscription' message which means that you must subscribe to that service (call 800-Comcast to add the group of channels that include that channel). It does not mean it is 'in your subscription.
you can see all the channels in your current package by channel number and 'name' using the Xfinity My Account app, select the TV tab, and at the top is a link to all your currently subscribed channels.
