error 43401

I have talked with xfinity twice now and had a tech at my house, still i cannot log into my home app.  Authorization error-please sign in with the email that you provided at the time xfinity home was installed error 43401.  i have entered everything correctly and all my logins work except my home security app.


I've reinstalled the app.


Really getting sick of doing it at the time i leave and return on my touchscreen.
