cancelling my plan

hi, i havent had any sucess with comcast and my plan is up Sept 6th i'm a single mother i cant afford this high payment every month. I need to know who to talk to in regards to cancelling since no one can help with my bill.

Hi tlg1224, we don't want to see you go please give me the opportunity to look into a package that will fit your needs. If you do want to cancel I can help you with that as well, please send me a private message with your full address, account number, and the name on the account by clicking my name (ComcastAmir) and then clicking "private message me".
