I  can not access my service  on  smartphone   any where.

I pulled up your account and do not see active Xfinity Home service.  You must be an active subscriber of Xfinity Home to use the Xfinity Home app.  Could you tell me what you are looking to accomplish, so I might point you to the correct app?
