Xfinity Stream skipping scenes

I've seen a lot mesages with this issue but, no solutions listed. Only responses from Xfinity to send a private message.

Does anyone have the solution to this annoying problem? I see two 15 and 30 seconds circles that are causes the skipping but, have no clue where they came from.

there is a known issue that affects random customers for random amounts of time. It appears that during peak times some servers are at over capacity for programs to be recorded. The errors cause the servers to move customers around to less 'full' servers over time.
