App hasn’t worked in months. Rep couldn’t help and tried everything. Any ideas?

Xfinity Home app error

I keep receiving the same error 43401. Tried calling customer support but rep had no idea what or how to help me. Did all the normal things I’ve read but don’t work. Any ideas out there.
