Xfinity Home App Sending Disarm Text, but Alarm is not Disarmed

Hello, has anyone else beeing having this issue with the Xfinity Home App? I get text messages saying the alarm has been deactivated, but in fact it has not. I called Xfinity service and did a hard reboot of the touch screen, but it happened again. I went and checked the touch screen monitor and noticed under test connectivity there was a red X next to "Testing Cellular Activity". I don't know if it is the App that is the issue or the monitor
