Xfinity Home App Not working

i have not been able to log in to the app for over a week. I receive an error message saying system error. How do I get this resolved?

I've pulled up your account & am opening a ticket on your behalf.  It looks like you recently moved & your account is again in Ready for Activation status.  A tech will reach out to you to walk you through next steps.
