When i log into my Xfinity home I am not able to see live feed of my camera. I currently have an LG G3. This issue has started within the last month or so. Could someone please provide me with information on what is going on with the system? Thanks

I pulled up your account & have begun investigating.
Could it be that the first image you get is a still picture, and is only 'live' with motion if you click on the picture? That's how my cameras work...I'm not happy about it, but that's how they work...

We're still looking into the camera issues for the original poster.
I've pulled up your account as well & what you've described is intended functionality. When you first pull up the app, you are looking at the overview screen - where cameras do not automatically load live video. You must tap to go to the camera page to view live video.
Correct. We believe what you are experiencing is related the the issue effecting LG G4 devices running Android 6.0. We are already actively working on a fix that will be included in an upcoming release. We believe this fix will resolve the camera issues you are experiencing as well.
