XH App and Web Portal access

We’re currently experiencing an issue with the Xfinity Home service that is impacting the mobile applications and subscriber portal.  Users may find that they are not able to perform activities within the application.  We are working to restore service as soon as possible and will provide an update once we have the issue resolved.

We believe to have found the source of the recent issues.  I am checking back into accounts that posted during this period & following up with any customers who are still experiencing issues.
