Please help. There are unknown users on my account, I can see them on manage devices watching movies, but I can not remove them. Even after changing my password I myself am not even asked to log back into the app. Is there anyone that can help with this please, by signing everyone out of comcast immediately, and having users sign back in if they have the actual current password? Please help and fix this for other users as well.

I've deprovisioned all the mobile and PC devices on your account. You will need to log in again on any legitimate devices.
