Using App with Multiple Linked Accounts

I have two accounts that are linked and work properly when using a computer, but in the app, it randomly logs in to one of the accounts, but there's no way to switch to my other account, yet sometimes it will be in that one when I log in.  Hoping someone else has experienced this and can help, for the most part been going in circles with phone calls to Comcast and no solution.  Using iPhone 6 FWIW.
