Thermostat not syncing on updated app

My thermostat is working just fine but since I got the app update, it's not syncing with the app.

I'd like to open up a ticket on your behalf to see what is happening.  A tech may reach out to you to troubleshoot with you directly.  I will follow up with you via forums.

Thanks for checking back in.  Tech support had me uninstall and then reinstall the app, but I'm still having the issue.  The temperature that shows up on the app is not correct.
