Stop Using My Xfinity!

Help! I have friends using and abusing mu xfinity services by streaming on the app. I've changes our password several times but it doesn't seem to be helping. What should I do?

Hi mvalk89, thank you for reaching out here on the Xfinity forums, I have de-provisioned the mobile devices on your account. This will help to remove the users you want to deny access, while you will just have to log back in to use the Stream app.  Please let me know if you have any further questions.
