hello .. I did an update last night and cannot log into my Xfinity security home app on my phone gives me an error message #43502 and # error #21001.. and the app flickers on and off with that message....This is the second time in the past few months it has happened.. also reinstalled the app about 20 times and still don't work....can you please tell me when this will be fixed?

I apologize for the frustration that this has caused. We’ve been able to restore service to the Xfinity Home mobile app. If you’re still experiencing issues, please PM me so I can troubleshoot with you directly, but we expect that all users will regain functionality.
