Why can’t the customer force all users off xfinity stream? I have changed my password and everything and people are still accessing my xfinity for I’m their mobile. This is very irritating.
I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.
I can help remove the devices from the backend. Could you please verify your first and last name, full street address, and the phone number or account number associated with your services in a private message?
