Nest thermostat

I can't control my nest thermostat from the app since the up date please fix

I'm having the same issue. Since I updated that app I can no longer control the Nest from the home security app.

This issue is already under investigation with the proper team.  I've pulled up both your accounts for additional troubleshooting.  I will reach back out to you via the forums for followup.

Thanks also I'm having connection issues since the update on the app it give me error on the log in to arm or disarm the alarm

Just FYI, there was an update to the app today and it fixes this issue Smiley Happy

Hi kcft --  Thanks for taking the time to post to the forums to let me know you are no longer experiencing this issue.  I'm happy this has been resolved for you.

 

Anyone else who experienced the Nest issue, please try updating to the latest version of the app as this should resolve the issue for you.  Please let me know if you are still experiencing errors.
