Mobile app issue

We got a new modem/router from Comcast and we are having alot of issues with the mobile app.

We get error messages when trying to disarm using iphone (error #45408) and viewing the camera.

This only happens when we are away from home...which is the whole purpose of having the mobile app.  For instance, I can view the camera from within another room or on my front porch, but if I go a block away I cannot view it.  Just black and then times out.  Not sure how to fix this.

We've identified an issue that we believe is contributing to a higher than expected number of 45408 errors. We are working on getting this fixed soon.
