Mobile App Error 13502

Mobile App continuously has errors over the last several months

latest error is 13502 

which makes this app completely useless ,as it has been for the majority of the last few months. 

I uninstalled and resinstalled the app several times - doesn't fix anything.

I apologize for the frustration that this has caused.  We’ve been able to restore service to the Xfinity Home mobile app. If you’re still experiencing issues, please PM me so I can troubleshoot with you directly, but we expect that all users will regain functionality.
