Missing live tv on app

Today my channels and live tv disappeared off of my app. The only thing showing is saved.

I'm sorry you're having trouble. When the app only shows Saved: Purchases, it usually means that the account is disconnected (i.e. No longer active). We allow customers who have purchased TV shows and movies continue to watch them via the app and website but remove the other features. Please call us at 800-XFINITY and check that your account is in good standing. If it is, you can ask the agent to perform a "UDB refresh" which may clear up the issue.

 

Also, if you are offline, the app will force you into Saved: Downloads. I'm not sure if that's what you meant but thought I'd mention it just in case.
