I installed app in a galaxy s5 and I cannot log in. My wife ha the same phone and was working fine.
I contacted support and was asked to remove app, clear data & cache...nothing after trying several options. he suspected it was my phone so he reset my password and we did all over again. Now neither mine nor my wife's phones can log in.

I see a support ticket was recently opened for your account in relation to the Xfinity Home security application. Can you tell me if you are still experiencing this issue?

Could you please check the date/time settings on your device & make sure these are correct. This error is common when these settings are off by more than 24 hours.
