I've pulled up your account & opened a ticket on your behalf to investigate the source of your error. A tech may reach out to troubleshoot with you directly. I will also follow up with you via the forums.
I have two light switches that now do not respond to commands. I have tried to reset them via the instructions on troubleshooting, but the devices fail to go into pairing mode. The touch screen base sees them, but won't pair with them. This was the error code I received prior to trying to reset them.
