This should not be the case. The both of you should be able to log into multiple devices using the email address associated with your Xfinity Home security account. I'd like to private message you & get a little more information.

It looks like you had been trying to sign in with an email not associated to your Xfinity Home security account. I see successful sign ins since you posted with the correct email address. Please reach out to me again if you are still experiencing issues.
