How to ask a question

I have been getting the 43401 error when I try to get on my head me app. I have to say overall I am very disappointed in the security system. I have one issue after another since it was installed

We are troubleshooting your issues.  Could you provide us an update with the latest error messages and problems you are experiencing?  Can you provide a screen shot of the problem?

Hi jrpx2, are you still getting error code 43401 while trying to access content on your app? To clarify you are using an app called " head me" is that correct? Do you get the same error while trying to login to any other Comcast apps?
