Has there been any positive resolution to the Session Error meassage 43500 Had the service installed yesterday and it worked on both my IPhone and IPad today iget the message. The screen works on my laptop and desktop with the same user long on and password that I am trying to connect with the mobile devices
The issue with the 43500 error message was fixed earlier today. Please try using the XFINITY Home mobile app now & let me know if you continue to experience issues. Thank you for your patience.
