None of my moble devices are connecting now, nor can i access it via the web browser. https://www.xfinityhomesecurity.com/sp
At first i though it was my network, but not being able to access the website worries me. i can control the system from the touch screen for now, but not having access from my other devices suck. what would happen is Comcast was hacked..... would our homes be in danger? dont get me wrong i love this system i just want to know whats going on.

its almost as if its a server outage and has nothing to do with our system... which is far worse considering that server is how our systems contact the outside world in the event of an Alarm. there was no mention of maintenance was there?
well... this bites..... i've been looking around and ive not heard anything and the Chat doesn't give an option for XH..... maybe i should have went with a different system.... i like this one but so many outages.... well all i can do now is go to sleep and hope it works in the morning........
My mobile app worked yesterday during the day, but it was the same problem last night. It's back working again this morning. What's going on?
