Error 55403

Keeps asking me to "Login with email used" when I subscribed to the service "ERROR 55403". Did that, reset password, chatted with useless Xfinity help chat person who said they would "elevate to Tier 2" support which is code for I have no clue how to help you, passing the buck to someone else..... Tried to access via PC, simular issues.....
