Error 43999 xfinity home

I haven't been able to enter into my home app, because it's says error 43999. I'm using the correct username and password. Last time I chat 2 hours with a representative and she couldn't help me, and refering to a technician call that never happened. 3 week later without access

I pulled up your account & see an issue that could be causing this problem.  I tried an update to fix the issue - could you try signing in again?
