Error 13999

Every time I log into the mobile app I get a 13999 error message. This has been going on since the update.

Hi Brandon5000 - 

 

I believe this is due to the model touchscreen you have.  We have found with the latest release, that this has been causing 13999 errors for some users.  This is something we are addressing & will be fixed in our next release, which will be out shortly.  Additionally, I'd like to open a ticket for you to see if we can do anything in the meantime.
