Error 1399@

I'm receiving an error 13999 when trying to arm my system. Can't turn on and off lights as well. I have force quit, deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Wifi and X1 is working. I can arm the system from the keypad and obviously turn off the light but that doesn't serve me when needing to this remotely. We also have problems with staying signed into the Home app. It consistently signs us out and the errors when trying to sign back in. Any suggestions?

We're currently experiencing an issue that is affecting the Xfinity Home Mobile App & Subscriber Portal.  Our engineers are actively working on restoring full App & Portal functionality.  I am adding your name and account to a ticket to confirm your issue is resolved once we've issued a fix.  I will provide updates as they are available.  I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
