Thank you for reaching out! I've already opened up a ticket on your behalf addressing the issues in both of your recent posts. A tech should be reaching out to you directly to troubleshoot!
This issue is still happening. When using the app to turn off one of the motion sensors, the app does not indicate the sensor is off.
A couple of nights ago I used the app to turn off a motion sensor and armed the system. When I stepped in front of the motion sensor the alarm went off.
I have had to use the console to turn off that zone before arming.
I'm hoping the upcoming update to the app fixes this bug.
Looks like the app update did not fix this issue. Spoke to a very nice young lady in Comcast service today that verified the problem. It is being elevated for resolution. That's how ya do it. ....long distance high five.....
