Some customers have recently experienced errors while using the Xfinity Home mobile app. We believe to have already resolved the source of the error. (Current posts regarding 21001 errors are likely effected.)
I am looking into each post to make sure each individual issue is resolved.

I've pulled up your account to look into this. Can you help me troubleshoot by trying to connect to any website through your mobile browser the next time you experience this error on wifi?
I am not getting an error code on the phone app on an android phone but I get a message saying "We're having some trouble logging you in". If I use the home wifi it says that I am not connected to a network or the message above and then crashes. It's been like this for 4 days now.

I apologize for the frustration that this has caused. We’ve been able to restore service. If you’re still experiencing issues, please PM me, but we expect that users will regain functionality. We’re continuing to work the issue and will post an update if we encounter additional service interruptions.
