I recorded some shows and downloaded them to my iPad. I watched the shows while traveling and "returned" them. When I go to the Stream TV app downloads it shows nothing. When I go to my recording on the app, it shows the 3 shows but that they are still downloaded to the iPad. So, I cannot delete the shows. Any ideas on how to fix this?
There's a communciation breakdown happening somewhere, because I'm not seeing any downloads checked out to devices on your account. Signing out and back in again should clear any stuck data and get you back in business. (Hamburger button in top left corner > scroll down to gear icon next to xfinitystream logo in left nav to open Settings > Sign Out) Please let me know if it doesn't!
