Can't log into home app - error #43401

Oddly, my credentials work when logging into the Xfinity TV app but do not work when attempting to log into the Xfinity Home app. I'm on an iPad.

 

It keeps telling me "Please sign in with the email that you provided at the time XFINITY HOME was installed. Error #43401."

 

I have no other email that I ever used with Comcast so I don't know what to do. And I know I'm using the right username / password combination because it works in the TV app and in the browser on my desktop.

 

Please advise, thank you!

Hi verucasalts -- 

 

I pulled up your account & see that you are not an active subscriber of our Xfinity Home Security & Automation product.  To use the Xfinity Home app, you need to be an active subscriber of this service.  Please let me know if you believe this to be in error!

I thought the Comcast Home app was simply for accessing my basic Comcast account. Which app should I be using instead?

I believe you may want the My Account app -- 

"With the XFINITY My Account app you can pay your bill, manage appointments, view or edit your WiFi Network name or password, and troubleshoot your devices."
