When I pull up your account, I see no sign in activity linked to the email address on your Xfinity Home account. I believe you may be signing in with an @comcast.net email address that is on your Comcast account.
At this time, the Xfinity Home mobile app only supports sign in with the email address linked to your Xfinity Home account. I will private message you with this address.
