Are you able to access your camera on the Touchscreen and/or Web Portal (xfinityhome.com)? Also, can you tell me which version fo the iOS app you're running?

You should be able to view your saved photos & videos from the History feature. We are working to add Rules to the mobile app & plan to have it available in our next release in April.
