Tech came out yesterday to add a gateway to my service. He installed the gateway and left the original modem connected to the XH router. Everything works but I cannot see my cameras on the mobile app. They all say "calculating route to camera". When I access them via the web portal, they work fine. Any ideas? I already tried rebooting the modem and the XH router.
Have you tried reseting (powering off and on by unplugging and plugging back in) the camera and letting it reconnect?
Alternatively, perhaps rebooting the touchscreen (it should be an option under advanced settings) might help?
