BTN2GO access with Android

I downloaded the BTN2GO app to my Samsung Galaxy5.  Every time I try to access the LIVE TV feature, the APP prompts me to log into my TV provider (Xfinity). 

The device then automatically logs me into my Xfinity account, and the BTN2GO APP tells me "you have successfully logged into your Xfinity account".

I then receive the error message "NO ACCESS!" when trying to view any live TV programming on BTN2GO.   The APP tells me "sorry, you don't have access".


I have tried logging out and back into my Xfinity account, without success.  The APP automatically logs me back into Xfinity, and the above process then repeats.

I have tried unistalling an reinstalling the BTN2GO APP without success.


I can view live BTN2GO TV on my laptop, but not on my Samsung Galaxy 5.  


How can I fix this?  i want to watch tonight's MSU game on my phone!
