App error to control lights

I can no longer control my lights using the Xfinity Home App for my Iphone; my phone meets all specifications for its use; a few days ago, I started getting an error 317080 when I tried to turn the lights on. I have tried restarting my phone and in this forum other users have had the same error, but I don't see what the resolution might be.

Hi Trinitymeadows - 

 

I pulled up your account & your error is stemmping from your light modules not being able to talk to your touch screen.  I've opened up a ticket on your behalf and a tech should be reaching out to you shortly for more troubleshooting.
