24/7 recording is horrible now

All of a sudden no clips will load, very slow response... now a :15 clip, not :45

ChrisG, please post situation here...some of us are considering 24/7 monitoring and we would like to know more about the issues and solutions!

We found some opportunities to reduce latency of playback and now should be very responsive. Overall, the product is performing really well and we will continue to enhance the overall experience. We are excited to now have this product available to our customers and I welcome feedback.
