I couldn't sign into my PW managerr after an automatic update to xfinity/norton software,so I deleted the PW manager and tried creating a new one from a backup and I keep getting this message for about a week now.

thanks for the fast replies so far,and I have been using this suite/PW manager for years and for a year on this new computer with no problems until last weeks update.

also,I can sign into my online norton account no problem.
and I have re-tried this everyday .
Just to verify, it sounds like you were using a Local Vault and now it is asking for a password to set up an Onlne (Cloud) Vault.

Hi, yes I have admin priveleges ,and I could never get the local backup to import into the new PWM,so I just brought in all the chrome data and that's it.
