Norton antivirus security says my internet subscription has been cancelled. It has not. How do I fix it?

How are you receiving information your Norton subscription has been cancelled?

Error displayed, email, popup?

 

How do you know it has not been cancelled?

 

Are you using the free Comcast version of Norton?

 

Have you had a retail version of Norton installed in the pst?
