got "Norton subscription has been canceled", and contacted Norton yesterday, a supervisor tried to fix it, this person removed the old Norton, downloaded and installed Norton Security Suite, like 3,4 times, and still could not work, after installed, this message popped up again. He took my number and email and said he needs to contact Comcast Xfinity, and get back within 2 days. My account with Comcast is up to date, we pay on time, no outstanding balance. Another 2 laptops also got the same error message. So nervous that the laptop is vulnerable to virus and hacker. Found many people have the same problem. What is going on between Norton and comcast? (April - May - June 2018)

Notice the instructions re for installking the new Norton Seurity Online in lkieu of the old Norton Securtiy Suite that it appears you (Norton) have tried to install before.
