Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done about these types of emails here in the forum. You will need to report these directly to Comcast's CSA team. More information on how to report these emails directly to that team can be found here:

"Report Phishing Emails

When reporting phishing emails, it is critical that you send us the email headers. Please do not forward the phishing email. Forwarding the email will remove the original headers.

Report phishing email sent to or from a email account

Once you have copied the full message headers from the spam message, paste the header and the message into an email and send it to with the subject line "Phishing email."
