I run my own email server and receive mail on port 25. Unfortunately, a recent update to my plan somehow cleared the unblock of port 25 I had previously requested and have had running the entire time I have had Comcast service. I have made several calls to different techs and I finally got someone who knows what's going on and they created a ticket for me. Unfortunately, I am on my third try in two weeks and the port still has not been unblocked. Does anyone know how I can get this unblocked again?
