I can't get Norton to install after I upgraded to Mac OS 10.15.3 Catalina. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with the Norton cusomter support area. After taking control of my Mac and doing a number of things they said the issue was resolved and signed off. It wasn't and I still can't access Norton Security and the "Fix Now" option doesn't work.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas regarding a solution. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Norton and it didn't work.
